Trash Service in Kingsport, TN

The problem, in your words:

"My trash didn't get picked up again, and I can't get a human being on the phone."

If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Missed pickups, surprise charges, and customer service that never calls back are the complaints we hear most from Kingsport households shopping for a new hauler.

The fix:

New Life by Garbage Guys is a local team in Kingsport — not a national call center. Weekly residential trash pickup, a cart included, and a straight price with no surprise fees. When something goes wrong, you talk to people who work here, in your town.

Not a big national hauler, but your neighbors. Not a call center, but a local team that answers. Not surprise fees, but one straight price.

Pricing: 1 can: $25/month. 2 cans: $44/month. One-time sign-on fee: $39.
